How do I get photos onto my phone or laptop?
Put the memory card in the included USB card reader and plug it into your laptop. On a phone, use a USB-C adapter, or move the photos over from your laptop.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–14 business days, with tracking.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 30 for the best chance. Holiday shipping can be slower, so we can't guarantee a date, but every order is tracked.
How do I charge it?
It has a built-in rechargeable battery that charges over USB with the included cable.
